The villa is located right on the beach in a peaceful area under amazing pine trees. It is part of a private gated community with 24 hour security and private parking. It is fully furnished and boasts a great private outdoor patio with barbeque and beautiful garden. It has private gazebo and sunbeds on the beach. Perfect for families and couples with bars and restaurants at a walking distance. If you want amazing sunsets and the best beach access on the coast, than this villa is for you.

Hello, I'm Xhoana (Joana) and welcome to our brand new apartment. Xhoanas’ and Dion Apartment is in the touristic neighborhood, Beach's Street. The apartment has a cozy design and is fully equipped with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen, and a balcony with sea view from the 5th floor. The apartment has Air-Conditioned, WiFi, Parking, etc. You find nearby most of Durres restaurants, bars, activities, transportation, and the beach which is a 1 min walk from the apartment.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. The apartment its new and renovated with everything new inside and very comfortable for a family of 5-6 person. Second floor 1+1 69 m2 in the second line of beach promenade just 30 seconds away of the beach by walking. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay ( bed linen, towels, shampoo, toilet papers , kitchenette , kitchen utensils. Youll feel like home 😊

Beach View Apartment

This is a 60m2 apartment located in the first line of buildings in front of the beach. You will enjoy breakfast at the balcony with a gorgeous sunrise view and a fresh breeze or sip a glass of wine while enjoying the orange sunset. It is a very lively area full of restaurants with loads of interesting local foods, bars and food markets. There is a Flea Market right on the main road, which offers loads of local goods and souvenirs.

Breeze Seaview Apartment

This spacious apartment is located in the Shkëmbi i Kavajës area, just next to the sea. While the area is vibrant with plenty of bars, markets, and restaurants during the summer, it remains a quieter part of the area. In winter, most facilities are closed, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator.
