There are also private villas among e great forest, full of fresh air and a paradise quite. Modern new flat in villa, sea front and private beach and clean sand. Located minutes from Durres. The flat features a breathtaking view and amazing sunsets. Composed by one big living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful veranda is a hidden gem of Durres.

Apartment is 1 Bedroom and has a large balcony with great sea and pool view for perfect mornings and sunsets. Included Wi Fi, Ditital TV, Clothes washing machine, Fridge, Iron ect. This amazing house is a rooftop apartament located in a 5-floor building with Lift in Golem , with a huge,private and rustic Verandah that looks direclty all the seafront and the forest pines. The House is only 50 meters from the beach and with all the amenities close to the neighbor. Its located 23 km from Tirana Airport and 9 km from Old Town of Durres. Free and private parking is available.
