Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

New flooring, new appliances, new fixtures--this beauty will be your oasis of relaxation. Your dogs are welcome (maximum 2, none over 50 pounds) for a $40 per pet cleaning fee. An added bonus: RV hookups on the property (available for an extra $75/night)!
