Bohemia house & garden. It’s all about the view!

This spacious house exemplifies comfort and privacy in beautiful bush setting. With decks and terraces to enjoy the stunning bush and garden views. Total privacy with a sense of seclusion yet only minutes for the centre of Daylesford. Free wifi, Stan, Netflix, complimentary teas, N'Espresso coffee and welcome basket Comfortable bedrooms with King/Queen beds, full ensuite bathrooms. And sorry, the pooch stays at home as it is a wildlife friendly zone with beautiful birds, kangaroos and rabbits.

Welcoming guests for twenty years, this is one of the most sort after locations on Lake Daylesford, right on the water's edge, a stylish and intimate retreat welcoming up to six guests. Expect the ambience of an open fire, two person spa bath, open plan living and a sunny reading room. Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

Central, classic, comfortable, clean, charming

Vintage home 1910 - combined with contemporary bathrooms & kitchen. Modern appliances in kitchen and laundry. Lots of comfortable sofas. Room for people to get away from each other or come together in a big group. Very efficient heating and cooling. BBQ on natural gas. Comfortable beds. Top quality linen and towels supplied. Portacot & linen available . Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Smart TV with Netflix & DVD player. Free unlimited WiFi. Coffee machine with pods supplied.

Loviziah Cottage an old soul with new bones

A beautiful old home with high ceilings renovated into this century. A master fit for a queen with equally delightful double room and single room. Located in central Ballarat with in walking distance to many cafes, Lake Wendouree, sporting facilities and public transport. This home is family friendly with full cooking, washing and bathroom. (there is no bath but I can supply a baby bath on request} All beds have elctric blankets and heaters in each room. Unlimited access to wi fi and Netflix.

"Ellenslie" is a spacious, modern, cosy and comfortable 4 bedroom home set on a large private block, fully renovated with luxurious finishes. Step outside and you'll feel like you are at a resort, with lush tropical plants all around. Conveniently located just off Main Road, you can leave the car at home as you are within 500m of Sovereign Hill & Lake Esmond, walking distance to shops, cafe's, pubs, restaurants, a fantastic walking track and just a few km's to the CBD/Sturt Street.

The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

The house is close to Showgrounds/Mars Stadium (1km walk), Lake Wendouree (400m walk) and Howitt St shopping precinct (Woolworths supermarket is 1.5km away), the City Centre is 2.5km away. 2.2 km from Ballarat train station, 2.4 km from Wendouree train station. Cafes within a 10min walking distance. Lovingly restored, with a close walking distance to picturesque Lake Wendouree, this is a great place to stay for those wanting to relax.

Lauriston Cottage Ballarat

Lauriston Cottage is close to public transport and in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with lots of character, walking distance from the centre of town. You’ll love staying there because of the comfy beds, central heating, choice of living areas to hang out in, free wifi, compact kitchen, retro bathroom, and spacious back deck. Our place is good for couples, small groups, and families (with kids). No pets, sorry.
