No need to pay them extra once you arrive in the flat :) Enjoy this boutique one-bedroom apartment with stunning sea-views located in the history-steeped town of Senglea within walking distance to Birgu and just 3 (but amazing) minutes ferry to Valletta. The apartment has a variety of original Maltese features and provides an authentic experience. In the hart of the historic Malta, set right at the magnificent waterfront of the oldest of the Three cities (founded by the Knights in 1552), this apartment offers stunning views, authentic historical setting for the sophisticated traveler and all the modern conveniences at a knock-down price! Among the latter we count convenient ferry, bus and water taxi transport links to Valletta and beyond, exquisite restaurant and bar outlets just across the creek, plus the numerous local establishments at hand. The apartment is furnished with a tasteful emphasis on the original Maltese features now rapidly disappearing throughout the island's noisier and busier tourist areas. These features include traditional patterned tiles (to keep the weary traveler's feet cool in the heat), traditional Maltese balcony insightfully converted into a dining room with breath-taking views of the Grand harbour and the cities of Valletta and Vittoriosa (beautiful settings should finally be counted as the necessary condition for healthy eating and living!). Old wooden beams adorn the aristocratic high ceilings, adding a touch of nostalgic grandeur. All this combines to offer an unbeatable travel experience which breaks radically with the standardized mass hotel packages of today's tourist industry. Come and explore a little-known Maltese locality which offers a glimpse into the authentic Maltese life-style; a locality that is distant, yet close enough to the more established sites.The ferry connection to Valletta(4min) across the Grand Harbour is second to no other type of transportation (sometimes the truth of the old worn-out proverb that the journey is more important than the destination holds unconditionally but if you insist on renting a car, there is plenty of parking space also). Beautifully furnished home with street-level entrance in a quiet pedestrian alley and only a stone's throw away from the majestic bastions with a view of Sliema across Marsamxett harbour. The city centre, restaurants, museums, all the nightlife as well as the ferry to Sliema are all only 3 - 5 minutes walk away. Stay here to time-travel back almost 500 years to when Valletta was built, whilst still enjoying all the amenities you might need and want whilst vacationing in Malta!

This apartment is bang in the center of Mellieħa forming part of a block of apartments. The apartment is very bright and airy, it includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living space, Cable TV, washing machine and AC's. It also has a nice balcony and a spacious terrace with distant sea views for outside dining. This apartment has been completely refurbished in March 2023. We do not live in the condominium but are available 24/7. Guests have 100% privacy.

A beautiful, spacious, family and work-friendly, serviced apartment with views in Mellieha's most sought-after residential area. The apartment is fully airconditioned and has a 2/3 seater private jacuzzi on its terrace. Guests also get access to the fully equipped gym in the same building. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to Malta's largest sandy beach (2 minutes by car) and relatively close to all amenities, including supermarkets, shops, hairdressers, etc.
