Luxe two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse a short 50 meter walk from the stunning Gold Coast beach of Northcliffe. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Ask me about bringing your furbaby - prior approval required (must be under 15kg).

A fab stay at this centrally located and stylish apartment in 'Peninsula' resort, Surfers Paradise with incredible ocean views from Level 37. Literally across the road from the beach, and so close to everything Surfers Paradise has to offer. The tram is a couple of minutes walk allowing you to quickly get around the Coast, or if you are driving we have a dedicated carpark. *** Note foyer of resort is being renovated Sept - Dec 2025 but does not affect apartment enjoyment or use of facilities.

Well located beachfront apartment building - located midway between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach on new newly built Oceanway path - bus at front door - easy walk to light rail - large balcony - suitable for families or couples - quiet - spacious - air conditioned. Aquarius is a luxury high-rise where the majority of apartments are owner occupied. The grounds, position and facilities of Aquarius are arguably the best on the Gold Coast and the view from the apartment is brilliant.

Decorated in a coastal, luxe style this unit is positioned on the 3rd floor (walk up- no lift!) of a small apartment complex, it’s a light, bright and contemporary haven bathed in sunshine and sea breezes. There is a pool at the southern end of the building. 1 x allocated secure carpark in the buildings basement. Plenty of on street parking.
