Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

Inside there is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed and 2 bunk beds in the bunk room. There is also a fun outdoor shower and a covered cooking area.
