Nous avons adoré notre séjour, l’appartement était vraiment nickel ! La vue est vraiment magnifique, nous avions le tram juste en face donc c’était vraiment pratique pour les déplacements. Nous étions avec nos 4 enfants et l’espace pour les enfants était super ! L’hôte était très réactif à nos demandes , il répondant très rapidement, c’était vraiment chouette 🥳 on se réjouit de revenir ! 🥰

Appartamento molto bello, con vista sul mare che regala tramonti meravigliosi. L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben fornito, abbiamo soggiornato due mesi e siamo stati benissimo, trovando tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La zona è molto comoda, a due passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi metri da tutto: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, negozi, una zona verde. Adatto anche a chi ha un cane, il nostro ha adorato il posto. Con dieci minuti di auto si è nel centro di Atene, oppure si può prendere il tram dalla vicina fermata. Host molto disponibile, reattiva e cordiale, grazie veramente di tutto :)

We had a wonderful time in Vagia, especially staying in this beautiful house. It’s perfectly located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly recommend Karina’s home – she and her family were great hosts.

Our stay was simply excellent. The place was perfect, even better than the photos, and the location near the beach was truly special. Every day we would just walk for a couple of minutes to the beach which was so beautiful and really fun to have nearby. Giannis was a very generous host, super communicative and genuinely very kind and helpful. We would love to come back to this place again and have noted it as one of our favourite places to have a holiday.

Moses’s place was an amazing find! Beautiful accommodation with a private garden and terrace, clean and comfortable spaces, reliable fast wifi, and a great shower. Moses was very responsive to messages and extremely helpful and kind, showing us around and giving us a lovely bottle of wine when we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better - it was only a moment’s walk to restaurants, a bakery, coffee and ice cream shops, and (very importantly!) to the sea. The flat was quiet and private, even though it was so central - a perfect balance. Thank you, Moses!

Cosy and quiet penthouse studio with view of the sea and sunset. Walkable to local restaurants, too. Dora is a friendly and proactive host and this is a great pick if you want to be away from the intensity of Athens, but still close enough to access the city centre by car (45 mins). Another advantage is that the airport is conveniently less than a 30-minute drive away (but you never see or hear a plane).

Panos is a wonderful person and great host. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. It’s a very comfortable and homey apartment with stunning sunset views. I wish we had more time to stay longer and take advantage of some local tours. The view and area is a stunning local seaside getaway with a multitude of restaurants, coffee shops, and fully stocked supermarket on a few blocks away (they even carried gluten and dairy free products). You’ll also find a seaside walk sprinkled with poppies and other wildflowers in the spring. Wonderful place- we’ll be back!

Wow! All I can say is that this location is absolutely breathtaking. The Kamariyo Residence was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The views were incredible! The home itself was furnished beautifully and was spotless, but also very warm, comfortable and inviting. Our main contact during our visit was Ioanneta, who was wonderful to work with and so very helpful. While the weather was still a bit too cool for swimming during our stay, I can say first hand that the pool is lovely and we enjoyed lounging around it during the sunny afternoons. The landscaping in the garden shows true love and care for the property. All that I can say is I hope to come again and I highly recommend this incredible location to others! Thank you again, Ioanneta, for taking such good care of us on our visit. We appreciate you!

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

Maria was a fantastic and welcoming host with an outstanding accomodation. She answered all of our questions almost instantly regardless of time and was very flexible with anything we needed. The pool was able to be heated (helpful in March) and was pristine with a gorgeous view. The location was close enough to Athens to get there within an hour and the nearby attractions like Lake Vouglimeni and Temple of Poseidon were only 20 minutes away. There were many beaches close by too including Saronida right at the bottom of the hill. The house far exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and space. Most days my family just wanted to gather and sit outside on the back patio area. That was all the vacation we needed :) Next time we are in Greece, we know exactly where we will be staying! Many thanks to Maria and her husband for hosting us at their gorgeous home.

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

What can I say about George’s place other than, if you decide to stay in Vouliagmeni,look no further!! George was great!!! We didn’t need anything because everything was there!! Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, beach was a 5 minute walk,the lake was a 15 minute walk and great restaurants were all around!! Would DEFINITELY stay there again!! Thank you George… Kali xeimona.☺️☺️☺️

We truly enjoyed our stay. It is 5 minutes walk to the Kanaria Beach. The property is fully equipped.

Pros: Beautiful house, lovely hosts, idyllic area. Easy access to all riviera, and Athens city. Generous sized bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. The juice press and freshly picked oranges left for us. Feels authentically Greek, not like hotel. Plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankest. Hosts would bring us whatever we needed. Cons: Have to walk on narrow sidewalk along main road 1 min to access house. The road is noisy in living room and front porch, bedrooms are in the back are more sheltered. The road is 6 lanes, and the beach is on the other side, so it takes some time going across and it can feel a bit daunting for some. Bit of a walk to nearest safe crossing. For us, the pros outweighs the cons. Bring earplugs to cancel the noise from the road and you'll be fine.

Jon is a wonderful host. He was very responsive and helpful, even offering to take us to his kid's doctor when our toddler was not feeling well. Everything in the flat is as described. It's very quiet and peaceful and close to the sea with many playgrounds nearby for the kids. There are also a few cafes, restaurants and stores all within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need including a full kitchen. We found everything very clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back

Vaso was an outstanding host—kind, generous, and thoughtful. She greeted us on arrival, showed us around, and left fresh fruits, snacks, drinks, and a delicious homemade dessert. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vaso went above and beyond, even driving us to the grocery store and arranging our airport pickup. She checked in regularly to ensure we were comfortable. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, easily accessible through a safe tunnel. The outdoor space is beautiful, perfect for families. Highly recommend!

Το σπίτι του κυρίου Γιώργου ήταν εξαιρετικό!!Καθαρό, φροντισμένο, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα,απαραίτητα για μια,άνετη διαμονή. Ο κύριος Γιώργος και η σύζυγος του ήταν ευγενεστατοι και προσχαροι. Φρόντισαν για τη διαμονή του μωρού μας, μας έδωσαν πληροφορίες και μια ομπρέλα για την θάλασσα!Το σημείο είναι ιδανικό για ησυχαστήριο, ωστόσο σε κοντινή παραλία έχει όμορφο beach μπαρ για οσ@ θέλουν να πιούν κάτι. Η πρόσβαση εκεί δεν ήταν εφικτή με καρότσι, αλλά υπάρχει άλλη παραλία κοντά στα 5' με το αυτοκίνητο. Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι και πιθανότατα θα επισκεφθουμε ξανά αυτό το κατάλυμα!

A wonderful and cosy appartment next to Varkiza beach front. Very quiet area to relax at without any disturbances.

Our stay at the apartment in Palio Faliro was wonderful. We were greeted at the airport by a taxi set up by our host. Our driver picked us up from the Athens airport very late at night and brought us to the apartment. There we were greeted by the owners assistant who showed us around. She was very sweet, courteous and informative. We loved the nice large size of the apartment. The comfortable beds and spacious kitchen for preparing meals. The patio is a lovely addition to the apartment. It extends the length of the apartment and can be entered from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The apartment offered all you need for an excellent stay in Palio Faliro. We would definitely rent this apartment again when returning to the area.
