Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Enjoy any of Vermont's 4 glorious seasons in this newly constructed mini home. Relax on the private back deck listening to the babbling stream. Barbecue dinner on the grill, then enjoy s'mores around the fire pit, and ample back lawn great for games or tenting. A quick walk gets you to the beach at Shadow Lake, one of the area's best kept secrets. A 5 minute drive brings you to town. VAST and VASA trails are accessible from the property and the back roads are great for biking and walks.

Complete with the original school bell, chalk board and desks from 1901 you'll take a trip back in time when you visit! Hidden Chalet 8 minutes from Jay Peak

This one of a kind property, formerly a Historic Grist mill (with ruins still on the property to explore) is surrounded on 3 sides by the Jay Branch River, a crystal clear mountain stream that runs down from Jay peak. Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!

Our home, situated on 50 acres of pristine Vermont forest, was originally built in 2001 and is fully renovated. The land on which it is built has been in our family for 3 generations and features sweeping vistas of beautifully forested Vermont mountains. Lounge on the large wrap around deck as you barbeque your favorite meal, enjoy a beverage, take in breathtaking sunsets! This is a great place for families.
