At the same time you are 10 min. away (walking distance) from market place,small shops,bakery,restaurants,coffee shops and bus station.

Half way between the unspoiled hill village of Glossa and the port of Loutraki. The comings and goings of the boats in the port also provide interest as a couple of times a day a ferry will pull in as will smaller Flying Cats and of course a plethora of fishing boats yachts etc.Glossa is above the villa far enough away to retain privacy but close enough to enjoy its shops tavernas and cafes. Loutraki below the villa also has some shops and excellent tavernas and cafes.
