Beautiful and Cozy Studio

This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. This stylish apartment is part of my 1904 historic home, which once housed miners and operated as a BnB. Located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and private back yard, it will delight guests with an airy and well-appointed kitchen, a cozy TV room, a deep alcove soaking tub and a serene bedroom and sitting room. The back porch offers a writing desk and reading nook with many books on Arizona and Globe-Miami. Great to enjoy views of the yard/garden while enjoying "me" time.

The guest suite

Attractive and efficient space. Your suite is private. There are no common areas. Gold Canyon is a sleepy little town nestled under the Superstition Mountains. In the summer our population is approximately 10,000 and during the winter we increase to a population of approximately 40,000. Guest are walking distance from the Gold Canyon golf resort featuring golf fine dining and spa amenities. Gold Canyon is absolutely beautiful. There are Hiking trails and so much to explore.

Gold Canyon Getaway

Welcome to our Gold Canyon Getaway. It contains 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is a generous 2550 square feet. This house was renovated and completely furnished in February 2020 and includes a brand new Pebble Tec heated pool. The backyard backs up to a desert wash for fabulous privacy with stunning views of both Dinosour Mountain and the imposing Superstition Mountains. Relax on the upper deck and observe all the wildlife and the many birds in the area.

This property was formally one huge house that was recently converted into 5 separate apartments. This particular unit is Unit 4 with parking just downstairs from the unit. The Unit itself is a studio which has an open concept bedroom and Kitchen. There is a full size bed and a cute sitting area for eating or working under a Roku TV. The bathroom is also spacious with a shower in it. *no tub* *no washer/dryer currently**2 SETS OF STAIRS PLEASE SEE PHOTOS*
