The house was just as we expected. It’s centrally located to our activities for the weekend. We had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Mr. Robert was a great host and even when my daughter got very ill and we cut our trip short he was very understanding and even checked on us the next day to make sure she was ok and that we made it home safely. The cottage was just so beautiful and comfortable it felt like we were just at home …

Eric was a great host. Communicated quickly and efficiently whenever something came up. Like letting us know ahead of time the bad flooding in Arkansas had damaged the dock and offered a full refund if we chose to go somewhere else. The house was just as described and the whole family loved the hot tub, pool table, and nice porch sitting. Also very well furnished, and good central location to Hot Springs. The neighborhood coming in was a little sketchy, but the house is up and away from it so we never felt in danger or bothered. Great overall experience and would recommend.

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, enjoyed our stay at Julie and Rory’s place. Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. Any help or questions we had, they were happy to assist and went beyond our expectations. You will love this place and the atmosphere is exactly what we wanted in a weekend get away. The house was as described and more. The attention to detail was wonderful. We were quite surprised to find out how well stocked this house is! Definitely check in before getting groceries because many spices etc are already stocked. We were welcomed with a wonderful SMores setup and breakfast the next day was also set with the fresh eggs/milk/butter. The house is beautiful and spacious and the views are amazing! Our only regret is we had so many obligations already away from the home. This is a great destination itself! We are looking forward to a future visit where we can enjoy more of the home.

This Air BnB was wonderful! The atmosphere was peaceful and the lake was gorgeous! The condo was clean and spotless. Carrie was responsive and helpful! 10/10 place!

Barbaras place was very peaceful and beautiful. We stayed for a weekend to get away from the city. It overlooks the lake with a path to walk down to the water. Barbara and Mary were very responsive and friendly.

It was an excellent stay . We picked a weekend where the weather was terrible but the house was comfortable enough to stay in and enjoy the house despite the weather . Christopher was very sweet and helpful. Answered the phone every time I called with no hesitation. Overall 10/10

I have stayed in some pretty nice AirBNBs however, this one was the best. First off, thr kitchen AMAZING! You have everything you need! They go above and beyond to put a basket of anything you might have forgotten in toiletries, and I thought it was so nice because if you're like me 99 percent of the time I forget the little things! The view is great, its peaceful, and close to everything. My husband and I had a great time this weekend and will definitely be back. James is also very responsive and if you have any issues he's on top of it to take care of you. thanks again for a great stay!

We enjoyed staying at Michael‘s place very much. The beds are very comfortable. The view was beautiful at the lake. I plan on coming back to hot Springs and would love to stay there again. Thank you, Michael.

Everything was exactly as pictured. There were lots of little extras, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, sewing kit, a variety of coffee pods, snacks, etc. All thoughtful things that made this a great rental!
