Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

**Please also read "other things to note" before booking our home. Thank you!* Our single-level home is in a safe, residential neighborhood. We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!

From the panoramic views, to the amazing food, and places to see nearby, you will be glad call this your home base. It is a 3rd story walk up with original floors (creak in some spots), window frames, and ceilings throughout. You will appreciate how bright, beautiful, and welcoming this private apartment is.
