View freighters, sailboats and the vast beautiful lake. We have Kayaks available for your use. The Ausable river is about 10 miles away. It offers excellent opportunities for canoeing and tubing

Internet is HughesNet satellite which is very slow. Verizon phone and texting service is the only phone service available. Some sleeping areas are in adjacent bldgs. Indoor weddings also available. If you are planning a wedding at this beautiful location there is a wedding fee & lots of guest parking.
