It was peaceful I tv felt like home the only thing Is two of the doors a room and a bathroom didn’t close it was missing the strike hardware

The property itself is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every amenity we could need. The cozy, modern interior made us feel right at home, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cooking.

The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

Great stay, very responsive host, very clean home and had all the necessary amenities. Definitely recommend staying and will definitely book again!

Carlos’ place might be one of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. It was so cozy!! The decor was so lovely and the linens were plush and higher quality than you often find at rental cabins. The kids loved the fancy toilet and heated seat haha. This cabin has clearly been recently remodeled and simply beautiful. It feels tucked away on the mountain side yet is only 4minutes to the middle of town. Carlos was friendly and easy to work with and even let us check in 30 minutes early. We will definitely stay here again.

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s apartment! The space was beautiful, very clean, and had a perfect balance of modern design with just the right amount of charm. Kayla was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better! We walked to the Warner Bros. Studios and explored several great restaurants in the area. It’s also close to everything—Burbank Airport, Hollywood Blvd, WeHo, and NoHo were all just a short drive away. One of my favorite parts of the mornings was waking up to the sound of birds singing—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. You can even see the WB Studios right from the window! There's construction across the street, but it wasn’t too disruptive during our stay. The convenient parking in the back was also a big plus. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider adding blackout window treatments in the bedroom—the morning sun is quite bright. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we’

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

This was our first time ever staying at an Airbnb. Cheri was quick to answer all my questions. She was great! Our stay was incredible, nice and cozy, the weather was perfect, we had a great time celebrating my dads bday! The fire pit is a plus, keeps you nice and warm and made yummy s’mores. The kids had so much fun playing the board games and loved the Pac-Man arcade machine! The house was nice and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the huge deck, the view to the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed walking the trail around the lake also visited snow valley only 30min aways. Our entire trip was so much fun and relaxing. We would definitely book here again!

Loved our stay! Lisa was very accommodating and the home was even more charming in person. Jacuzzi was so relaxing especially with the beautiful surrounding scenery. Appreciated the fully stocked coffee bar!

The cabin is private, peaceful and quiet.

Ben was a phenomenal host and his place was truly amazing. Beautiful view of lake Gregory. very clean and spacious. I would consider Ben a super host. I 100% recommend this place to anyone trying to escape the city to relax and unwind. thanks for the late check out Ben I really appreciate it.

Overall 5 star review. The house itself deserves 4 stars, here are three things that bugged us: 1. Of the two full bathrooms, one is upstairs, which makes it inconvenient for use for the two bedrooms that are downstairs. 2. Not enough lights. Both rooms and living rooms suffer from darkness and not enough lights to light them up. 3. Curtains do not block the morning light (or neighbor’s light at night) from entering the bedrooms. But Luis was most helpful (recommendations, early check in, super quick responses)! So overall the place gets 5 stars.

We enjoyed our anniversary weekend at the cozy cabin! Great little getaway and definitely lived up to its description! Beautifully decorated and relaxing , romantic vibe. We will definitely be back! If you’re looking for a “virgin river” vibe cabin, this is it! ❤️

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for a weekend! The view from the patio was so pretty, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Beds, couches, and outdoor furniture were clean, and we really appreciated the Keurig cups for coffee in the mornings :) Our two young kids had a wonderful time as well. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely stay here again!

It was such a beautiful and majestic cozy cabin. We enjoyed our stay there surrounded by close immediate family. It was really fun. Great place that accommodated our fur babies! Everything was clean and organized. We also loved that these host went out of their way to have extra things to make this day even better. Such as having the ingredients to make s’mores as well as cider and our morning coffees. Overall best place we have stayed at so far.
