Πολύ κοντά σε καφετέρια φούρνο ψησταριά μίνι μαρκετ .Ιδανικό για κυνηγούς, φίλους των σπορ στο ποτάμι, αλλά και για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές, καθώς η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 20 χλμ. από την κατοικία.

Καλώς ήρθατε !!!Το σπίτι είναι 120 τ.μ.,με συναγερμό,πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και πληρεί όλες τις προϋποθέσεις για μια άνετη και ήσυχη διαμονή. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 6 άτομα σε 3 υπνοδωμάτια. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο χωριό Βασιλικός και είναι σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο από την Ηγουμενίτσα μέσο της Εγνατία Οδού. Στην είσοδο του χωριού βρίσκεται ο κόμβος της Εγνατία Οδού όπου μέσω αυτού μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε την Πάργα, τα Σύβοτα, τα Ιωάννινα και τις Πηγές Αχέροντα.
