Muy buena opción para conocer la ciudad! Ubicado en una zona con bastantes opciones de lugares para visitar y conocer: Palais Garnier, Galerias Lafayette, Montmatre, entre otros. Muy buena conexión para los distintos puntos de la ciudad, con una estación de metro a 300 metros (3 min.). June es bastante comunicativa y siempre muestra buena actitud para ayudar con lo necesario. Como recomendación gastronómica local, puedo recomendar recorrer la calle Rue des Martyr, ubicada a solo 9 min del apartamento. Gracias!

This is a great spot to stay!!! Lots of food around, close to a couple metro stations, and amazing park near by( Square Louise Michel). As a female who went there solo I felt very safe even when I would head home late at night. The only downside would be because it’s right in the “lobby” you constantly hear people coming and out at almost all hours of the day and the front door is very loud. Definitely would still stay here again the next time I’m in Paris

Jean-Pierre is an incredibly welcoming and friendly host! I immediately felt safe and in great hands. He walked me through how the unit works, with great tips. He also recommended some wonderful places to visit that were tailored to my interests. :) The unit is amazing! Looks like it used to be a shop or spa, can just BARELY hear people having a wonderful time out on the road at night, it’s very serene. The location and feeling of safety absolutely cannot be beat, you can see people walking around alone at all hours of the day, perfect for solo traveling. There’s a grocery store on the same block, everything you could need is just streets away. Everything here is so CLEAN, outside and in. Two key-access doors to get into the building, very secure and the other tenants are kind. Trash is also very convenient, the WiFi strength is amazing. Every major monument is either walkable or available via one of the nearby metro stops, the perfect hub while exploring Paris.

We loved staying here at this property. The place was absolutely clean and had everything we needed. The view from the kitchen was stunning. Flore was amazing as she was always one message away for anything we needed, checked in on us as well as very quick at answering messages. We would definitely recommend staying here. L'appartement d'Oliver a été une excellente découverte. L'emplacement est idéal, proche des transports, l'appartement est très beau et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pendant le voyage. Ma famille et moi nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cet endroit. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui cherchent un hébergement à Paris.

« Un petit paradis » c’est ce qu’a dit mon fiancé et je confirme. Pouvoir se détendre dans un endroit privatif, calme et paisible ça fait plaisir. On a vraiment adoré. Je marque aussi un point sur l’ensemble des outils/gadgets mis à disposition dans le logement (c’est exceptionnel tout ce à quoi ils ont pensé). C’est à féliciter.

Incredible apartment in a very walkable and fun neighborhood! It was very easy to get to, and we were able to find lots of fun places to eat and shop. It was great for nights out on the town and nights in cooking meals. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a fabulous three night stay at Caroline‘s place, which was only an eight minute walk from our friends’ hotel. We loved that there were so many restaurant options near us and that the canal was just around the corner. The apartment is quite small, but efficient; the bathroom is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee. We just need to carry our suitcases up the short series of steps which isn’t a problem, but it may be for others. Overall, because of the location and how compact this Airbnb was, we would recommend for Lowe’s looking to explore the day like we did.

Jean-Marc’s place was in a quiet building inspite of being close to the lively area of Moulan Rouge. There were many restaurants and shops to choose from for our daily needs. (Plus some upscale shops like Pierre Herme fir fancy macarons and chocolates.) It was 15 min walk up to the Sacre Coeur Basilica. Only thing I wished for was linens for the kitchen. I washed few glasses, cups, and plates every night and paper towels are thin in Europe to dry. So not a big problem, but a wish. We were allowed to check in few hours early due to our train schedule and that was so nice! Inna came to meet us and explained everything in the beginning. The elevator in the building was a plus! Overall, we had a nice stay!

The location of the place is very good as it is 2 minutes walk from underground so you can be next to main attractions in several minutes. I stayed in the second room connected with the kitchen and it was very comfortable, especially bed. The place is well-equipped and the communication with the host is excellent.

L'appartement est plein de charme, dans un quartier très sympa dans Paris, avec pas mal de bars et de restaurants, tout en étant hyper central. L'appartement est très confortable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et bien dormir. Nous y avons passé un week-end entre copines, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pieds, car l'appartement est très central dans Paris. La communication avec Pauline était très facile et elle répond très vite à nos questions.

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Very comfortable, tidy and beautiful apartment. We were able to cook good meals with the tools made available and the water pressure was good even though we were on the 5th floor. While the street down below is popular and full of life during the evening, it gets quiet in the evening. A very lovable place to be. Thanks for having us!

Mehdii was a great guest, communicated very well, explained in detail all about the apartment, so that our arrival and stay was smooth and comfortable. The apartment is very nice, as on the pictures, located in a very nice neighborhood, easy to access Paris center. Thank you for a pleasant stay in Paris!

On a passé un séjour incroyable dans cet Airbnb ! L'espace était impeccable et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort dont nous avions besoin. Le jacuzzi et le sauna étaient des ajouts fantastiques, parfaits pour se détendre. L'hôte était très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche à s'évader et à se ressourcer. Cinq étoiles bien méritées !

Logement parfait et situation hyper centre agréable, Matthieu est très réactif lorsque j’ai eu une question à poser, je recommande fortement et je repasserai sûrement par cet hébergement si je reviens à Rouen

Un alojamiento bastante agradable, el anfitrión es de lo mejor, super amable y servicial, la ubicación es excelente puedes llegar en metro o bus perfectamente y puedes ir en metro a centro de París sin problema toma la línea L (creo que es tranvía) esta a 4 minutos caminado del hospedaje. El lugar está super limpio y bien ordenado... el espacio suficiente para 4 personas, el jacuzzi fue increíble!! lo único malo serian tal vez las escaleras para de acceso pero merece completamente la pena subirlas! tienes cerca de todo, market, restaurant, café, todo lo que necesites! en general nosotros disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía, Martin se porto increíble con nosotros!! Este es un alojamiento 100% recomendable!! gracias Martin por la ayuda, los consejos y sobre todo por tu maravillosa hospitalidad!
