The Loft provides exclusive beachfront accommodation with majestic sea views and easy access to town and country. We are located at Makorori Beach, just a 15 minute drive from the centre of Gisborne and just 5 minutes further over the hill to popular Wainui. Wainui Magic - quiet coastal retreat

Built in 2017, this 59.9m2 house is situated on a quiet street just 3 minutes walk from Wainui beach, a 20 minute walk to Makorori / Okitu Reserve and 10 minutes drive to Gisborne city. The lounge and dining area is spacious and has a comfy Asko wall fold out queen bed. It is open to the well-appointed full kitchen. The deck has a covered entrance way, and offers additional outdoor living with morning sun and birdsong, as well as afternoon shade in the hottest part of the day.

Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Our place is built behind an historic building, only metres from the beautiful Tokomaru Bay Beach and 100 metres walk to Pakirikiri Marae.The facilities are all modern, with heat pump/air conditioning, acomodating 4 people with style, comfort and ease. One queen bed is in the lounge as a pull down/retractable and the second in a separate bedroom. Shower and toilet is an ensuite shared by all guests but accessed through the bedroom.

The guest suite in the front of our character bungalow is centrally located to Gisborne town with its local eateries and beautiful beaches. Easy walking distance to the Tairawhiti Museum and the Saturday Farmers Market. It has its own separate entrance for you to come and go freely as you explore the Tairawhiti Region.
