Close proximity to two golf courses, Glades and Boomerang Farm. As well as four local wedding venues. Robina Town Centre is 10 minutes away, Mudgeeraba village just 5 minutes by car. Great little restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is undercover off street, at the top of our driveway on the lefthand side of the garage.

It is light and airy, open and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, dining, living, lounge, and spacious alfresco and viewing deck area.
