The Little White House

Just an hour away are theme parks, sporting events and Gulf Beaches. Also, a straight shot to the State Fair and Strawberry Festival. Convenient to airports and hospitals.

River Garden- Waterfront Home

This beautiful waterfront home on the Alafia River is 1 no-wake zone away from Tampa Bay & situated 1/2 mile from Williams Park boat ramp! The river offers fishing, wake boarding, fishing & hospitality. You are welcome to bring your boat, jet ski (docking available in the backyard) & fishing rods! It is normal to see dolphin, manatees, snook, redfish, sharks, stingrays from the backyard. When booking you will have the entire home along with access to the dock, back yard, patio & huge sundeck.

Bring your boats, jetskis, Kayaks, water toys, fishing rods, etc. Riverview Civic Center and Boat Ramp is literally a couple of blocks away from the property and trailer parking is available at the property. If it’s your lucky day, you will see manatees, dolphins, snook, redfish and stingrays right from the dock. Excellent fishing, restaurants and nightlife all on the river or by vehicle.

Our comfortable historic pool home was originally built as a Church. Now, it is a private oasis! We are 25 minutes from beautiful Gulf beaches, and only 1 hour from Disney. Busch Gardens is also less than half an hour away. Quick access to Raymond James Stadium. Enjoy our beautifully landscaped private pool, and walk to Starbucks and other local restaurants.
