Boutique Etna Studio With Bathtub and Terrace

Between Fornazzo and Sant´Alfio, in the Etna park area, surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut groves, Casa Cavagrande was born. The Cavagrande loft is one of three lodgings within the recently renovated lava stone structure. The loft was created from an ancient millstone and has just been redesigned. The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi, independent heating, a terrace with a view of Etna and is immersed in a vast land of 1.5 hectares. Free parking inside the property.

Un struttura portante su archi a tutto sesto in pietra lavica dell’Etna, tutt’ora visibili, danno un indizio sulla sua costruzione riportandoci verosimilmente a fine 700 restaurata con stile ed eleganza utilizzando materiali pregiati.

Si trova a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti, bar e tutte le attrazioni della città. Dista 10 minuti a piedi dal Teatro Antico, comodissimo per concerti ed eventi, 2 minuti a piedi da Piazza IX Aprile e da Piazza Duomo.
