We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

La casa di Beatrice è molto ospitale e dotata di tutti i comfort. Vicinissima al piccolo centro di Albinia, alcune attività essenziali sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Posizionata strategicamente, in circa 15 minuti si può raggiungere Orbetello o Porto Santo Stefano. Avendo visitato in Inverno non abbiamo approfittato delle spiagge, che risultano essere molto vicine. La casa non è dotata di riscaldamento centralizzato ma una pompa di calore consente di riscaldare agevolmente l'appartamento. La casa di Beatrice è perfetta come base per visitare le bellissime località della zona in tutte le stagioni!

Appartamento ideale per una coppia, pulito e fornito del necessario per passare una bella vacanza! Dotato di un piccolo balcone con un affaccio molto bello sulla pineta. Situato in una zona tranquilla, ma ricca di servizi come ristoranti, bar e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. Gli host sono molto disponibili e reattivi. Ci piacerebbe sicuramente tornare in futuro!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

If this home is available, book it! What a magical stay - it’s more than an Airbnb, it’s an entire experience. Leonie went above and beyond to look after me, including suggesting and booking restaurants and activities. Her partner Nico & his family are incredible hosts, and have various activities you can join. The apartment is beautiful, the terrace is so lovely, and the square it is on is so picturesque. Pienza is a very special town, it is stunning and magical, lovely people, incredible views, great food, and a great base for exploring the area. I could have happily spent weeks here - I hope to return to do just that someday!

L’appartamento è molto bello e completamente nuovo, posizione strategica per Punta Ala .

Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till barnfamiljer! Våra barn älskade polen, och vi njöt av den vackra omgivningen. Ett lugnt och fint ställe som vi gärna vill besöka igen. Frukostbuffén var otroligt lyxig och fräsch, med massor med olika alternativ. Fina lägenheter med sköna sängar. Vi hade en mysig egen uteplats.

Joli studio dans un beau domaine viticole, idéalement situé pour visiter Florence. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain rénovée est agréable. Le seul inconvénient est l'emplacement du studio avec vis à vis direct sur toutes les voies de passage du domaine (fenêtre de la chambre directement sur la terrasse du restaurant).

Alloggiare da Deborah è stata una bellissima esperienza. La villa era come da descrizione, e molto di più: Deborah è stata sempre disponibile, flessibile e reattiva in qualsiasi orario e richiesta, ci è stata offerta una colazione con grande scelta sia per il primo che per il secondo giorno e abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al suo ristorante (anche quest'ultimo di assoluta qualità e all'altezza di tutto il resto), con trattamento speciale. Se capiteremo in zona in futuro, torneremo sicuramente!

Accoglienza ottima, professionalità e gentilezza ne fanno da padrona….. Per noi un vero nido d’amore……Grazie!

La casa ha una posizione molto comoda per la spiaggia ed è fornita di tutti i servizi, incluso il wifi (comodo poiché non c'è molta copertura di rete in zona). Cinzia è stata molto gentile e reattiva, anche quando abbiamo dovuto ritardare il check-in per un imprevisto.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Serena und Giulio. Serena hat uns persönlich empfangen und war immer für uns erreichbar, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten und hat uns viele tolle Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Alles in allem konnten wir so unseren Aufenthalt im Toskanischen Frühling bei bestem Wetter genießen. Danke!!!

It is a nice place to stay over. We could park in front of the building. A nice walk to town. Clean apartment. All good.

Wir hatten etwas Pech, weil auf dem Nachbargrundstück gerade mit viel Lärm gebaut wurde. Die Wohnung selbst liegt aber eigentlich hervorragend: Nahe am Strand und an der Altstadt und ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt buchstäblich an nichts. Elisabetta ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Francesco is friendly and very helpful. Appreciate his initiative in making extra step to help us in making reservation for seats restaurant, which we faced difficulties. He also helped to connect us with contacts in last minute wine tastings booking. The apartment is spacious, tidy and in good condition. We feel very homely and enjoyed our stay. Thank you Francesco. Paola e Andrew sono due persone semplici, alla mano e molto disponibili. Hanno accolto me e il mio piccolo Rocco (un cagnolino) facendoci sentire a casa. Un posto immerso nella campagna maremmana laziale, dove gli unici rumori sono quelli di animali e natura in generale. Vicino al mare e ottimo come base di partenza per tantissimi posti da visitare. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca qualche giorno di evasione dal caos della città. Host grandiosi!!!

Alessandro and Laura’s place is very secure and comfortable. A stone’s throw from the station which made it very easy for me to get to and walk to catch an early train. I caught buses all over orbetello and argentario which was super easy. Alessandro was very thoughtful and helped me get to locations further afield with a local taxi driver. Alessandro was a charming and generous host providing old school hospitality that Airbnb started with. It was greatly appreciated by this constant traveller.

Luogo tranquillo e vicino pure ai supermercati, pure a piedi si può raggiungere qualsiasi luogo con al massimo una mezz'ora di camminata, casa molto bella e ben arredata

We had a great time staying at Barbara’s. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and located just 3 mins walking from the beach. Barbara was very nice and always available for questions. She advices us some good places to eat and checked almost daily if we needed anything. We had some bad luck with the weather and asked if we could have a late check out to enjoy the sun and beach on our last day. Barbara rearranged with the cleaning staff so we could enjoy the beach for some more hours. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. Can only recommend!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft von Andrea und Marta und haben unseren ersten gemeinsamen Urlaub als Familie bei den beiden verbracht. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und uns hat an nichts gefehlt: einfache Kommunikation mit schneller Erreichbarkeit der beiden, Tipps für die Umgebung, persönliches Willkommensgeschenk, saubere Wohnung und volle Ausstattung, traumhafte Lage mit tollem Pool und Natur ringsum. Kurzum: wir haben uns schnell sehr wohl und wie Zuhause gefühlt (trotz mittelmäßigem Wetter). Die Tiere auf dem Anwesen sind super freundlich und kinderlieb. Sämtliche Strände sind 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Restaurants sind in den kleinen Städten ringsum zu entdecken. Auch größere Tagesausflüge (Insel Elba, Pisa, Lucca, Castiglione della Pescaia,...) lassen sich von der Unterkunft sehr einfach gestalten. Insgesamt: ein toller, unvergesslicher Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

We had such a wonderful stay—truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced. The space is beautifully finished, incredibly well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially loved the surprise treats like fresh bread, jam, eggs, and pasta—such a warm and generous gesture. The setting was absolutely magical, with breathtaking views, peaceful birdsong, and ever-changing skies. It was exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for. Thank you again for everything—we only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We had an excellent stay at Chiara’s place. During a period with high temperatures the building“s location on an elevation added a nice, cooling brise especially at night. Chiara and her family were super friendly.

Die Gastgeberin konnte zum früheren Check in nicht da sein, aber sie hat uns so gute und verständliche Anweisungen geschickt, daß wir die Wohnung alleine öffnen und betreten konnten. Eleonora ist eine ausnehmend angenehme und freundliche Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden. Sie hat alle wichtigen Punkte ausführlich und gut mit uns besprochen und war immer schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung war warm, der Wasserdruck in Bad und Küche war sehr gut und auch heißes Wasser war reichlich da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar, der Weg in die Stadt (ca. 10 Minuten) ist selbst nach einem langen Tag noch gut zu bewältigen. Diese Unterkunft kann ich sehr empfehlen, wer Wert auf eine ruhige Wohnlage und ausreichend Parkplätze legt ist hier genau richtig. Die Altstadt von Grosseto ist sehr sehenswert, man fühlt sich hier wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank.
