Die Villa Esoteriki Eirini schmiegt sich in die grüne Hügellandschaft oberhalb der kleinen Hafenstadt Methoni und verfügt über Meeresblick. Das 6000 qm große voll umzäunte Grundstück bietet viele romantische Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auf mehreren Terrassen, im Garten oder im eigenen Olivenhain. Die modernen Studios bieten allen Komfort auf kleinem Raum. Kinder und Hunde sind willkommen. Jedes Studio verfügt über eine Terrasse. Wer mag kann sich auch massieren lassen oder am Morgenyoga teilnehmen.

Comfy Studio Ilios kai Thalassa close to the beach

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Très belle vue sur la baie de NAVARINO depuis la terrasse de 4mX8m, piscine de 3m X 3m.(Non sécurisée) L’appartement construit en 2022, tout le confort, double vitrage, climatisation, ventilation mécanique, wc japonnais. Commerces et place principale à 10 mn à pieds. Baignade dans la magnifique baie de Pylos à 15mn à pieds. Nombreuses plages à moins de 30mn en voiture. Golf international de NAVARINO à 20 mn.

Στούντιο με θέα τον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και τους πρόποδες του Ταΰγετου. Κατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αφού βρίσκεται στην παραλία Καλαμάτας! Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς επισκέπτες. Παρέχονται δωρεάν δυο ποδήλατα για βόλτες στον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης.

Semiramis Azurro is the ground floor of the Villa's Blu guest apartments. It has a private entrance, a living room with television, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a closet. In the closet there are a hairdryer, an iron for your clothes and an ironing board. The rooms are bright, overlooking the terrace from which you can see the garden and the swimming pool.

Moderne studio van alle gemakken voorzien. Volledig uitgeruste kitchenette met inductie kookplaat en Dolce Gusto koffiezetter. Comfortabel tweepersoonsbed met zomerdekbedden. Aparte toiletruimte. Ruime badkamer met regendouche en wastafel. Door middel van grote schuifpui kom je op de patio met zitje en prive mini-pool. Voor de patio een grote zonneweide (prive) met ligbedden en lounge set. Uitzicht op zee.

Το Giorgos House Gialova βρίσκεται πανω στην παραλία της Γιάλοβας,30 μέτρα απο τη θάλασσα. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες καθως συνδυάζει την ηρεμία και τη γαλήνη της θαλασσας αλλα παράλληλα απέχει ελάχιστα μέτρα απο το κέντρο του οικισμού, τα εστιατόρια ,τις καφετέριες και τα σουπερ μαρκετς. Το δωμάτιο είναι πληρως ανακαινισμένο το 2021.
