Welcome to Casa Epis in Valle Verzasca for a peaceful stay, away from the tourist crowds of the more frequented villages, allowing you to experience the authentic atmosphere of life in the valley during your holidays. The house, surrounded by greenery and encircled by mountains, is accessible via a bridge and is just a stone's throw from the Verzasca River. It is also close to mountain trails for hiking or biking. It is about 20 minutes from the first boulders of the famous Brione Boulder area.

Euer eigener Weiler: 2 Rustici an der Verzasca

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Rilassati Il rustico si trova nella parte vecchia del paese di Brione. Ideale per gli ospiti che amano un mix di tipico rustico in pietra con interni moderni e da sogno. Al primo piano c'è una grande terrazza con barbecue e una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Nel centro c'è un negozio di alimentari, ufficio postale e un parco giochi. Le sponde della Verzasca e dell'Osola invitano a rinfrescarsi e i numerosi sentieri escursionistici della valle sono a poca distanza. Ideale anche per Boulder

Vicino avete il bellissimo fiume con le sue acque verdi. E molto vicina all' area Boulder. Per uso privato: giardino e barbecue. Scalinata (15 scalini) fino a la casa. Parcheggio privato per due auto. Negozio alimentare 700 m, ristorante 200 m, fermata bus 250 m, piscina 15 km, stabilimento balneare 15 km.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Grazioso rustico in un piccolo nucleo di Gerra Verzasca. Ideale per massimo 2 persone. Disposto su tre piani. Al pian terreno troviamo la cucina con camino e tavolo da pranzo. Mediante scala a chiocciola si raggiunge il primo piano dove è situato il salottino con accesso al balcone. Sempre al primo piano troviamo il servizio wc con doccia e lavabo. Nel sottotetto all'ultimo piano vi è la camera da letto/studio.

Lost in the forest but at only 5 minutes walk of the parking place, a cable car (just for your lugages) is helping you on your arrival. To reach the chalet you have a 5 min walk. The place is very quiet and surrounded by the beautiful swiss Alps. Animals are welcome.

Die beiden Original Rustici liegen etwas ausserhalb von Frasco in einer Waldlichtung. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. PP`s auf dem Grundstück. Das Grundstück umfasst die beiden Häuser, eine grosse Spiel- und Liegewiese und den angrenzenden Wald. Die Häuser sind gut eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer haben Bad/WC oder Dusche WC. Gäste WC im Haupthaus.
