It is cozy and very sunny. **Consists of a double bed 140x200 upstairs and an open plan living room-kitchen with a sofa-bed 140x200 that comfortably sleep two. **The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots and pans you could need and would make you feel like home. **It has an inverter A/C unit for heat/cold and central heat if needed. **Luxury designed bathroom with hairdryer, towels, toiletaries, shampoo, and shower gel. It's an independent and quiet apartment, 60 m2 with direct access to a beautiful garden and a great view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

Rich light and view of the surrounding nature fruit trees herbs, olive trees and grapes . Comfortable parking erea, close to: 12 min to Athens airport, 2 min to metro, 5 min to Greece bigest Zoo, 5 min Mc. Arthur designers outlet open mall, 25 min to Athens center.. It's beter to use the metro to visit the center of Athens, our metro station "KANTZA" is 3min from the house by car, you can park there for free and in 25min you can be at syntagma Square, monastiraki or Acropolis :-)
