Ultimate in privacy, yet two minutes from downtown Frankfort! This cabin-style home (think Gatlinburg!) sits on three wooded acres. Long, rambling decks on three sides (one covered, one fully screened, one open air). Our adjacent farm surrounds the property, making it even more private. This home sits high on a bluff above downtown Frankfort & the Kentucky River (our farm borders on the river). Just three miles to Buffalo Trace Distillery (if you could fly, it's way closer than that!)

1791 Cabin on Historic Horse Farm

This rare 1791 log cabin is located on Houstondale Farm, a working horse farm in the renowned Bluegrass region of Ky. You can stroll to the barn and visit the horses or enjoy the peace and quiet before relaxing at the pool, complete with a grill and outdoor dining area. It is a scenic 22 minute drive from the Ky Horse Park, 25 minutes from Lexington, and 30 minutes from Keeneland Race Track. Even with the remote feel of the farm you will only be a mile from Walmart, shops & downtown Paris.

Our 1860's log cabin is your perfect location. Close enough to tourist attractions and restaurants, yet away from traffic and distractions. Just 8 miles in the country from historic Georgetown, Kentucky, Kentucky Horse Park and Ark Encounter nearby. First floor bedroom has a queen bed with attached bath with tub and shower. No neighbors! It’s not a big or fancy place but it’s clean, simple, and relaxing. The stars are brightest in the country when enjoying the fire pit. Our two story cabin has 1BR with two double beds, full kitchen, full bathroom, recliners, and grills. It's perfect for couples, friends, or small families. The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

The Bourbon Coop

The Bourbon Coop is arguably the best situated location on the Bourbon Trail! It is a convenient walk or golf cart ride to Whiskey Thief distillery across the street. Situated a quarter of a mile off interstate 64, in between Louisville and Lexington, with a 15 minute drive into the city of Frankfort. The cabin is located on a beautiful, scenic plot of land, shared by the friendly hosts, chickens, ducks and a couple of goats. This is a comfortable, quiet and quaint country experience!

The Hunter's Hideaway near The Ark Attraction

14x40 finished amish made cabin that sets on a 103 acre tract of land. Cabin is fully furnished with a wood stove, kitchen table, bar area, sink and stove. Full size shower and bathroom. Indoor horse stalls and an outside corral for overnighting animals. Outside fire pit for evening enjoyment. Several miles of trails through open fields and wooded ridges provide riding or hiking adventures. Only a twenty minute ride to The Ark attraction or the Kentucky Horse Park.

Quittin' Time - Country Cabin at Hickory Holler

Come visit the beautiful countryside and stay in this adorable cabin right outside the city limits of Cynthiana, KY! Located on over 90 acres, this place has a million dollar view of a large pond and huge pasture fields. It's only a short 5 mile drive into town where there is an abundance of local restaurants and small downtown shops. Enjoy a campfire with the on-site fire pit or go for walk and do some exploring. Come enjoy a very peaceful and quiet getaway!

Here you will find peace and serenity in nature with an upfront view of the water. Secluded and private yet still close to stores, restaurants and many tourist attractions such as major distilleries and wineries. Four Roses, Wild Turkey, Woodford Reserve and Buffalo Trace are just a short drive away.

Handcrafted Rustic Cabin on the Bourbon Trail

The cabin has been entirely built by the owner, Doris, (with help from family and friends) from reclaimed and local salvaged materials. Located on a beautiful Kentucky Scenic byway, on a working farm, the cabin is only 15 minutes from Wild Turkey Distillery, the town of Versailles , golf courses, dining, shopping, wineries and other major distilleries. 35 minutes from Keeneland race course, downtown Lexington, UK, Rupp Arena, the Horse Park and more .
