The recently renovated apartment is on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with a large courtyard and lift and has two well-furnished bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies, both by awnings and mosquito nets, and one of which is enhanced by the sea view. Appartamento centralissimo al 6^piano con vista mare, dotato di aria condizionata e wi-fi. Si trova sul mare ad una distanza di 50metri dalla spiaggia libera e spiaggia attrezzata; inoltre l’appartamento si trova a 5 minuti dalla stazione dei treni ed autobus e partenza traghetti, in zona residenziale. Appartamento finemente ristrutturato con materiali di pregio e completato nel luglio 2020.

Nervi ,riviera di Genova,visitare lungomare di Genova un piacere bellissimo,da noi arriverere in treno,ce parco con pratie zone giochi, dentro bel residence Vittoria ce piscina e campo da tennis, zone verdi ,posti auto, vicinissimo al maree passeggiata Anita Garibaldi,avviso che dal 9 .05.2025 piscina sara chiusa per lavori fino 3.06.2025,però il mare sara ottimo!!
