Bel appartement en centre ville, lumineux, confortable et qui vous fera sentir comme à la maison! Idéalement situé dans le quartier de la Servette, les arrêts de bus et de tram ne sont qu’a quelques mètres de distance. A seulement 3 arrêts de tram de la Gare Cornavin. L’appartement se compose d’une grande chambre avec terrasse, d’une cuisine équipée, d’un grand salon avec canapé lit 2 places donnant sur une autre terrasse, d’une salle de bain et d’un wc.

très bel appartement dans immeuble des années 1930 avec moulures au plafond, parquet d'époque et tout le confort d'aujourd'hui (Wifi, télévision, lave-linge et sèche-linge, cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle. Charmant petit balcon côté rue pour vous détendre après une journée de travail. Rue très tranquille (zone 30 km/h) près des commerces, restaurants et bars du quartier, sans en subir les nuisances.

Calm spacious renovated unit, garden and parking

My unit is a large suite (40 sqm) attached to our house, but independent. You will receive a set of keys and come and go as you wish. Our place is located in a quiet residencial area close to beautiful Carouge and its market. The city center is easily accessible by bus and tramway. See Getting around section for more information. The bus stop is 2' walking distance, aprox 150m.
