Cute country apartment between Buffalo & Rochester New York, 1 hour from Niagara Falls & Canada. 6 miles to Six Flags Darien Lake Theme park. 5 miles to Batavia Downs Casino. Master bedroom, kitchen, livingroom & bathroom upstairs. 2nd bedroom with a double bed in the basement with family room, cot & futon for additional guests & separate relaxing space. The front room features a queen size bed with 100% cotton bedding and down alternative comforter, and a sofa with a full size pull out bed (with serta mattress). The back room includes a full size kitchen with all the essentials, and a dining area that comfortably seats four people.

Forget your worries in this private and serene space. Lower one bedroom apartment has just been renovated, new bathroom, flooring, drywall and paint. Enclosed porch with your vehicle parked right outside the door. The living room has Futon with a desk and chair for a comfortable workspace. Large country kitchen that is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Snacks are included. There’s also a wall fireplace. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and closet.

Quiet, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. My home is a raised ranch style, and the entire lower level is where you will stay. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. One bath. There is a private living room, kitchenette, and shared laundry. Discounts available for longer stays. No smoking and no pets. I have 2 cats, but they are kept out of the bedrooms. Our town is right on I-90 half way between Rochester and Buffalo.
