In a characteristic building, on the border of the lively city center you find our beautiful studio, with a lovely view on the canal and park. 1 minute walking brings you to the oldest shopping street 'Twijnstraat', Ledig Erf square & Museumkwartier. Around the corner you find cosy coffee- and winebars, café's, terraces and lots of restaurants. The trainstation with connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport and a direct tram to Uithof Science Park is just around the corner.

Op beide verdiepingen bevindt een apart toilet. Geniet van het groen in de omgeving, of ontspan in de voortuin. De woning ligt centraal, op loopafstand van het station en het centrum, en nabij uitvalswegen. Must see: Park Sonsbeek, Nationaal Park De Hoge Veluwe, de Veluwezoom/Posbank, het GelreDome (2 km)

In de binnenstad van Hanzestad Zwolle staat dit historische, kleine herenhuis , waar je beschikt over een volledig eigen ruimte met keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer. Het pand dateert uit 1906 en bevat nog authentieke elementen zoals oude paneeldeuren en glas in lood ramen. Het appartement is bereikbaar via een (steile) trap en beslaat 2 verdiepingen. Het is daardoor niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Geschikt voor 2 personen, geen huisdieren toegestaan.

Welkom op Landgoed Quadenoord. Deze typische amsterdamse school stijl huis is voorzien van allerlei hedendaagse gemakken van leefstijl. Je kunt denken aan trainingsruimte (gratis), sauna, massage, fysiotherapie, prachtige parktuin en 2 zeer gastvrije en midden in het leven staande mensen. Het appartement boven is ingericht in kleur en stijl van amsterdamse school en verder is het vooral genieten, wandelen, eten en slapen op dit bijzondere Landgoed.

Het guesthouse, geschikt voor 3 gasten, bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping van onze schuur, gelegen achter in onze diepe, vrije tuin en heeft een eigen ingang. Het bestaat uit twee (slaap) kamers, een kitchenette en douche/toiletruimte. Een plek om onder te duiken en te onthaasten. U heeft beschikking over WIFI. Op de oprit van ons huis is er de mogelijkheid om te parkeren. Gelegen in het centrum, zowel bus als treinvervoer op loopafstand.
