The ancient sunken city of Pavlopetri, as well as the beautiful sandy beach of Pounda are a 3 minute drive, as is the ferry boat to Elafonisos Island, with the world renowned magical beach of Simos. Within 20 minutes are the famous medieval Castle of Monemvasia and the Cave of Castania.

The apartment of Maroulios is comfortable and independent !!! It is located on the coastal road of Chora in Elafonissos, in a small road near the sea, just 20 meters from the beach of Kontogoni, where you can enjoy a bath and sunbathing.

Μείνετε με όλη την οικογένεια σε αυτό το υπέροχο κατάλυμα με πολύ χώρο για στιγμές χαράς. Το ακίνητο βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά μέσα στην πόλη και απέχει 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη θάλασσα και 3-4 λεπτά από σούπερμαρκετ, καφετέριες, εστιατόρια, κλπ. Δυνατότητα να φιλοξενηθούν μέχρι και 5 άτομα. Στο ακίνητο υπάρχει θέση πάρκιν πυλωτής δωρεάν.

ΜΟΝΤΕΡΝΟ ΔΙΑΜΕΡΙΣΜΑ ΜΕ ΟΜΟΡΦΗ ΘΕΑ

Το διαμέρισμα έχει 1 μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο , μπάνιο , κουζίνα και σαλόνι με τραπεζαρία . Το κυριότερο όμως είναι η θέα που έχει σε όλο το Λακωνικό κόλπο εώς τα Κύθηρα . Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην πλαγιά του βουνού και απεχει1,5χλμ. από την παραλία Μαυροβουνίου και 1,2χλμ. από την πόλη του Γυθείου.
