Het appartement is gelegen in Calle Salmonete, op wandelafstand (2-3min) van het centrum van het 5* golf resort. Er zijn verschillende restaurants aanwezig, bars, een supermarkt, golf,-tennis, -padel en voetbalterrein, speeltuigen en zwembaden. Er is ook een ondergrondse privéparking voorzien en is voor mindermobile personen gemakkelijk te bereiken met een lift. Amueblado a un alto nivel. При позднем заезде рядом магазин 24 часа. Рядом остановка огромный выбор ресторанов, прокат самокатов. До центра 10 минут пешком.
