This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & more. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Guests have use of our shared pool. Located in Southport. Close to Chirn Park shops and cafes, less than 2kms from the Broadwater. Great family friendly dwelling in friendly street. We are an inclusive family welcoming guests from all backgrounds. Separate access to flat for guests. Flat is not accessible from main house, so privacy is assured. Comfortable King bed in bedroom and Queen sofa bed in lounge/dining room. Kitchenette capable of cooking most meals for a self sustaining stay. Air con in bedroom cools/heats whole flat

Gilston Orchard is a rural property 9 kilometres along the Nerang Beaudesert/Murwillumbah Rd from Nerang. We are at walking distance from Hinze Dam with its View Cafe open each day. Easy access to the Gold Coast glitter strip, beaches, and theme parks. Also easy access to Binnaburra (O'Reillys), Springbrook, Beechmont, Mt Tamborine plus further out West to Canungra, Beaudesert etc. This is a nice spot from which to bike ride with a mountain bike track just across the dam wall.
