We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.

Only 10 mins drive from York's centre in a quiet village. Sleeps 2 in a four poster bed. Free parking on site. Up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed. Child friendly. Freeview TV and Streaming services, super fast broadband, dishwasher etc. Willoughby's Loft is accessed from a sunny courtyard. Converted from a 300 year old stable, part of a Gentleman's Residence in a small village on the outskirts of York. We have an orchard with chickens and occasionally piglets.

This idyllic and cosy hideaway for two in the centre of the peaceful village of Holtby, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, yet is only five miles from the city of York. The Apple Barn overlooks a secluded terrace, a gravelled courtyard area and a large garden, all of which are shared with the owners and there is off road parking available for one vehicle.
