Jenson Cottage - Env Friendly & Private Hot Tub

Jenson Cottage is stylishly & luxuriously furnished with antiques and paintings. It has its own Hot tub. The cottage stands in the grounds of the country house and has a private courtyard with a hot tub. It benefits from beautiful views in a peaceful village location, ideally located for Malton, York and surrounding areas. Sleeping up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children, this cottage has everything you need for a memorable experience.To the side is Morgan Cottage that can sleep unto 6 adults.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

The Sanctuary, Pet friendly

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful village residence but only 4 miles from stunning historic York with easy public transport access. Bring your pet too, they have indoor and outdoor space and wonderful country walks in the local area. Enjoy our sunroom, a cosy space to eat in Summer or Autumn. Our local pub is on the doorstep serving excellent home cooked meals or a take away Sunday lunch. With 2 parking spaces and secure lock up lock up for mountain bikes.

The Old Potting Shed - 2 bed cottage with hot tub

A bright and spacious holiday cottage, set in a peaceful hamlet with stunning Yorkshire Wolds views. York is a 20 minute drive. There are 2 large bedrooms at each end of the cottage, both with a bathroom and an open-plan living area. A futon in Bedroom 2 is available for groups of 5. Relax in the enclosed garden with a hot tub, perfect for enjoying sunrise. Countryside on your doorstep and a village pub nearby, this tranquil retreat offers comfort and rural charm. The Studio at Edenbrook

The Studio is a contemporary, cosy, recently refurbished, stand-alone annexe. It is self-contained and has it's own private entrance. Ideal for a quiet getaway for couples who want the peace of this beautiful village but to have historic York only 4 miles away. The Studio is on the Route 66 cycle path, and you are minutes away from woodland and country walks of outstanding beauty. The village is well served with a bakery, bistro, village store, pub, beauty and hair salon and pharmacy.

York Poetree House, tiny treehouse home for one

Reconnect and wake up into nature at this unforgettable escape. Secluded treehouse with everything you need to soothe and inspire. The Pigsty- Haxby Road Farm

The Pigsty was part of Haxby Road Farm buildings which were renovated in 2022 / 2023 to create a rustic holiday cottage. The cottage is; 2 .5 miles to York city center, close to bridle paths and footpaths (200m). There is a bus stop approx 400m from the cottage which goes directly to York. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes drive to 2 cinemas, leisure parks and retail units. This is the perfect location to explore York, the local area or enjoy a night out.

The Garden House in Low Catton

Set within a private walled garden, this secluded, stylish cottage set apart from the main farm house offers a peaceful retreat in a beautiful Yorkshire village. With many walks from the front door, a village pub The Gold Cup Inn, just 200 yards away & easy access to historic York, the Garden House is a perfect spot from which to explore this lovely part of Yorkshire.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Quiet, secluded location 15 min walk from Dunnington. York city centre 6 miles away. Located directly on the Way of the Roses cycleway or Route 66. There is a third of a mile gravel track leading to the property if arriving by car. Direct access to Hagg Wood across private field. There is a sofa bed in the living room which can be used if needed for one adult or two small children.

Middlefield Cottage, Westow with Hot Tub

Middlefield Cottage by Yorkshire Escapes is a newly decorated one bedroom cottage, with hot tub. Located just outside Westow Village, close to Malton and York, in the grounds of Middlefield House. The cottage has a new Kitchen with view over the fields, a charming bedroom and a Sitting Room with French doors leading out to the garden with hot tub, seating and bbq and gym.

The Applebarn is a cosy little Holtby Home

This idyllic and cosy hideaway for two in the centre of the peaceful village of Holtby, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, yet is only five miles from the city of York. The Apple Barn overlooks a secluded terrace, a gravelled courtyard area and a large garden, all of which are shared with the owners and there is off road parking available for one vehicle.
