Embrace the bucolic lifestyle of this quaint cabin that’s adjacent to a pasture and pond. Shake a bucket of cattle cubes and feed cows. When weather permits, we keep a fire pit going where you can make S’mores right in front of your cabin or cook your meal on a tabletop charcoal grill. We welcome you here to enjoy rest during your travels or maybe need a quiet place near the Hospital. We are only two miles from historic downtown. Also, I will prepare breakfast for you and deliver to your door!

Located in a gated community, 3 cottage’s sit on 5 acres with pond, pecan trees, wildflowers, seasonal garden and abundant wildlife. The river offers fishing and water activities. There are 2 large fire pits with seating, 2 outdoor dining areas and lounge seating with fireplaces on the decks front & back. Main cottage has king bed, bathroom, living & kitchen. The 2 smaller cottages have queen beds, loft beds & bathrooms.

Sip your coffee on front porch rockers and catch a glimpse of the deer. At the end of your day, wind down around the large fire pit!

Breathe in the fresh air and settle in to relax for a while. We love the Hideaway for its location tucked back into the trees, rocking chairs on the front porch, and the high vaulted ceiling.
