One bedroom, two bathrooms flat, fully equipped, provided with a double bed and two sofa beds, it accommodates up to six people. Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. The flat is part of a three floor villa formed by 4 flats in total. Three flats are on Airbnb and the remaining one is occasionally occupied by my family. Die Ortsmitte von Gargnano erreicht man über einen 300 Jahre alten, wunderschönen Wanderweg (ca. 1,4 km), oder in 8 min mit dem Auto. Das Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert. Der Garten ist uneinsehbar, steht zur exklusiven Nutzung zur Verfügung und lädt an vielen Plätzen zum Verweilen ein.
