Our Lake House Escape is 15 min from bustling downtown Traverse City, yet it is in quiet oasis in wooded area on the water with large deck for you to relax and play. It is located directly on Spider Lake, 450 acres all-sports lake. Our house is newly remodeled in modern style with op-art deco. Everything is close - enjoy biking or skiing at Vasa trail, golf, paddle tennis, ice arena. Swimming from the dock, kayaks, paddleboard, boat, table tennis, outside fire area or fishing are all included.

This house is very close to all the things Traverse City has to offer. Three bedrooms and two baths (plus a pull-out couch in the living room). Very comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The house is furnished with a 65" TV that is ready to stream. We also have a DVD player, games, DVDs, books, ping pong table and a dart board. In the warmer months, there is a charcoal grill, picnic table and fire pit. Our proximity to busy M72 creates road noise, but also allows easy access to amenities.
