"Davis Den”, close to beaches and downtown TC

Cozy, lower level space with many home amenities. This space has room to comfortably sleep 6 people with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room. There is a large kitchen table for eating, gathering, card playing and more. You are located less than one mile from beaches on both East and West Bays and a 15 minute drive to Flint Fields. Downtown TC is a short ride away to dining, shopping and festival events. Designated parking available.

Modern Historic Firehouse in TC

Firehouse One was the first Fire Station to operate in the city way back in 1891. This stylish ground level flat at Firehouse One was built in 2022. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with free parking and fiber internet on-site. At the base of the Old Mission Peninsula, less than 2 miles to downtown and a half mile walk to East Bay beach, this two bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a sofa pull out has everything you need to enjoy a glorious vacation or your business trip to Traverse City. This unit has plenty of hanging space and storage for your belongings. A fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer allows you the flexibility to enjoy your time when it is convenient to you.

LOCATION & FREE PARKING just across the street! Many other places have no parking/kitchen/laundry/bedroom, etc. Enjoy a stylish stay in this new condo in the heart of downtown TC. Smart TVs in both the living room & bedroom with tons of channels and fast Wi-Fi, 5-star location, check the reviews! King bed in bedroom. Couch folds to queen; fine for kids, not comfy for adults (so don’t ding me 😅) Must book Fri & Sat together.

The Loft at Mundos

We are thrilled to have you stay with us! The Loft at Mundos is located on Garfield Ave above the coffee shop, Mundos HQ. Our rental is a five minute drive to Bryant Park Beach and a five minute drive to the Cherry Capital Airport.
