Only 5 min to downtown Salida & 25 min to Monarch Ski! Offering a 2 bedroom, 1 bath private 1 story house + sleeper sofa. Treed 2 acre property with mountain views & park-like setting with 2 private decks in addition to a shared "community deck" with seasonal creek (Apr-Oct) & meadow. Please note the basement of the airbnb is privately locked off for storage and the acreage is shared with a separate house. Only 100% cotton sheets & natural detergents, no scented sprays used. Retreat at Roundhill - Beautiful Mountain Getaway!

Get away from it all at our cottage - Retreat at Round Hill. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking & ATV trails. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway. We offer discounts for weekly/longer stays.

Riverbend Retreat Guest Suite

This secluded riverside location is just the place for a quiet and comfortable getaway, 3 miles from downtown Salida. Our rural setting is beautiful in every season, offering views of the mountain valley as well as direct access to fishing easements on the Arkansas River. The private suite is an addition to our home with its own exterior entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and small dining area. This space is most comfortably used by 2 adults with children, or 3 adults sharing the suite.

A wonderful place for families, couples, & friends to relax & adventure in a modern cabin all <15 mins from historic downtown Salida, CO. The Mountain Manor has a 100" indoor projector, 3 queen beds, fast WiFi, a hanging bed outside, an outdoor projector, and a ~500 sq. foot private patio for you.
