This first floor apartment in a private house and has everything needed for a stay in Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my other guests.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Apartment is on second floor at the back of the house and guests must use stairs . Street parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note. The color of the Quilts may be a little different and also some decors due to replacement because of damages . Host lives on site Early check-in is available between 8:30AM and 12:30PM at a cost of $60. Please inform Host at least a week in advance

Great location. Walking distance to LIRR . About 15 minutes from JFK airport. Other places nearby are Long Beach, Nassau Coliseum , Roosevelt Field Mall, Resort World Casino, Aqueduct Racetrack and Belmont Park. Bethpage State Park 18 miles. Hofstra University 8 miles. Jones Beach 17 miles. Fire Island Ferries 27 miles. Self check in with smart lock. Guests are responsible for the daily cleaning of the unit. NO NOISE. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. NO PETS.

cozy get away

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
