Cozy & Clean King Ste near IMG & AMI

Newly built 3 bed/2 bed home, with all new furnishings located in Historical DT Bradenton, short drive to IMG and Anna Maria. It is within site of Wares Creek and walking distance of DT. Historically inspired architecture w/large front porch located within steps of Neal Park for kayaking and walking distance to the marina. Extra comfy beach chairs, sun tent & umbrella for a fabulous day at the beach. 15-20 minutes to Anna Maria island. Safe area in newly developed community. 3 TVs

Waterfront Oasis

This home did *NOT* flood during the hurricanes. It’s fully functional. Direct/Private saltwater access in the backyard, fishing off the dock, HEATED pool, waterfall, paddle boards, kayaks, basketball hoop, beautiful backyard garden, garage gym, sauna. Family friendly neighborhood. Always professionally cleaned. I do my best to create a clean, fun, amenity filled space for families. Boat lift available as add on rental for $75 per day (please message me to inquire)

The Starry Cottage

Ideally located in the Village of the Arts amongst dozens of art galleries, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. For example, The Adobe Lounge offers coffee and kava and is only a 2 minute walk. Downtown Bradenton is mile away (a 3 minute drive, 20 min walk) with its own collection of breakfast cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars, a brilliant farmers market, and a beautiful riverwalk. Some of the best beaches in the America are only 15 minutes away by car.

Beautiful Beach Cottage

Beautiful beach home located in the only neighborhood in Ellenton with a public boat ramp. Walking distance to boat dock, minutes from Premium Outlets and the Sarasota Mall, beaches and so much more. Fenced in backyard beautifully manicured. Screened in back patio with dinner table, couches and TV. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with large open family room space. 2 couches, 1 blow up mattresses and Pack and Play available. Enjoy a private Florida paradise.

Living fun & Easy on the Water

Vacation on the river! There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a pullout full sized sofa bed in the living room + 1 twin (if requested) in 3rd bedroom/office), so bring friends! There's a pool, hurricane windows , plenty of parking including your trailers and RVs + fish out back! Close to beaches, and downtown Bradenton, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg - 45 min to Tampa 20 to Anna Maria & 20 to Sarasota.

Tiny Apartment with Pool

Newly renovated 600 square-foot space designed for two, but can sleep up to four. Fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TV, safe neighborhood and river access for kayaking just a few steps away. Ellenton outlet mall only five minutes down the road and just minutes from I75. It’s a nice quite little hideaway we hope you will enjoy.

Adorable Manatee Guest House

Our guest house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, a few miles from the sandy white beaches of Coquina Beach, Brandenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Manatee Beach, Ana Maria Island, and Siesta Key Beach. The Downtown and IMG Academy are also just a short drive away. Our home is a perfect place to relax between trips to the beach and local attractions.
