Ocean Breeze Beach 1 Block 2 KING w/En-suite baths

Beach oasis 1 block to the beach and steps from the famous Galvez hotel. Pre approved pets are accepted but require a non-refundable $80 pet fee. It's pertinent that the pets are pre approved so we can take precautions such as pet covers for the couch etc. Non approved pets will require a $300.00 cleaning fee if not pre approved in advance. Newly listed with all new upgrades, stainless steel appliances and full size washer and dryer!!! Secured parking in back available for BIKE WEEK.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable retro style beach house! Ocean views as well as Pleasure Pier! Restaurants right out your front door. Walk to “The Float”, “Fish Tales”, “Bubba Gump”, “The Spot” and more well known hot spots in Galveston. This House Was On TV! And It's Amazing!

Craftsman home on Galveston Island built in 1927 located steps from the beach and centrally located to EVERYTHING. FEATURED on the hit TV show Restoring Galveston.
