We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

Очень понравились апартаменты! Отличное расположение для исследования северо-восточной части Сардинии. Очень красивый пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы! Зона барбекю, чудесная терраса! В доме было все необходимое, даже зонтик для пляжа. Хозяин очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Обязательно вернёмся в эти апартаменты, когда в следующий раз будем посещать Сардинию.

Ottima esperienza. A pochi minuti di auto dalle migliori attrazioni della Costa Smeralda. Vicino c’è tutto: supermercato tabacchino farmacie ecc. appartamento pulito e con tutte le comodità. Tiziana la responsabile del check-in/check-out favolosa. Consiglio.

Eine schöne und modern eingerichtet Ferienwohnung in einer Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns über den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war problemlos auch dank der guten Beschreibung durch Antonella im Vorfeld. Den Pool hatten wir die meiste Zeit für uns allein. Der große Strand ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 10 Autominuten entfernt.

Vacanza bellissima, appartamento confortevole, curato, non manca davvero nulla, come a casa propria. Molto piacevole il giardino ed il portico, un piacere per gli occhi. in pochi minuti si raggiungono le spiagge più belle di San Teodoro. Host sig.ra Tania gentilissima così come la sua collaboratrice Marika, sono venute incontro alle nostre necessità con gentilezza ed attenzione. Da tornarci! Consiglio pienamente questa struttura.

Excellent séjour. Accueil très chaleureux d’Alisson. Le logement est joli, agréable et fonctionnel, l’extérieur est bien aménagé et ombragé. Le seul petit bémol si on doit en trouver un: seule la pièce principale est climatisée. La résidence est paisible, offre une très belle vue sur les montagnes et une piscine magnifique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la maison. Il y a beaucoup d'espace, beaucoup de lumière, une terrasse ombragée l'après-midi. La maison est meublée avec goût, très bien equipée et confortable, parfaitement située sur le quai. Propreté impeccable. Christelle, qui nous a accueilli, a été formidable et attentionnée ; il a été très facile de communiquer. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons vivement l'endroit. Love this place. It was impeccably clean! 5 star hotel type clean. Luxury style apartment. Very spacious. Shower is nice and much larger than most I’ve encountered throughout Italy. I loved the blackout blinds allowing me to sleep in and the additional large TV in the bedroom which was nice for lazy days when I just wanted to stay in bed and catch up on shows. If you’re staying long term everything you need is there.Full fridge/freezer/stove/oven/coffee/washing machine. Plenty of towels and also separate towels in the closet to take to the beach. I always found parking either on the same street or within one block of the apartment. It’s a quiet, residential street and short walk to the center. I also loved that there were no stairs to climb with my large suitcase as it’s on the ground floor… just open the door and step right in! The hosts were always quick to respond. Would love to stay here again if I’m back in Olbia. You’ll need phone service as the “key” is in the form of a link.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit allem was es dazu benötigt! Gute Grundaustattung und schön, dass das Resort noch einen kleinen Laden besitzt!

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Appartement en RDC avec piscine en accès direct. Parking privée. Tout en étant situé ds le centre ville (supermarché a 2 pas), la propriété est très calme. L'appartement est très propre avec tout le nécessaire pr passer des vacances agréables. Ornella est très réactive aux messages. Je recommande cette location. Rapport qualité prix irréprochable.

We had a great stay. Lovely apartment with great views. Nice walks close by and great views. Close to the harbor and main town too. Anna Lisa was a great host and very responsive and very friendly.

Super tolle Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden. Sehr sauber! Alles perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons adoré cet établissement, le cadre est vraiment serein, notamment la terrasse avec c'est lumière tamisées, nous avons passé d'agréables moments en famille. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes techniques à notre arrivée (ce qui arrivent partout et à tout le monde) mais Linda a su être très réactive et à fait le nécessaire pour régler ces désagréments. Je le recommande à coup sur.

La casa è molto bella, dotata di tutte le comodità e con un bello spazio fuori dove mangiare sempre fresco. Le spiagge nei dintorni sono bellissime, una delle più belle raggiungibile in 5 minuti di macchina. C’è stata grande disponibilità da parte di Bruna sia per il check in che per suggerimenti. Consigliato!

Sehr schön mitten in Taunaunella gelegen mit einem wunderschönen Garten und einem super Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Wohnung an sich ist super ausgestattet und perfekt geeignet für Familien. In einem Radius von ca. 20km sind sehr viele wunderschöne Strände zu gelegen und mehrere Supermärkte sind in Budoni vorhanden (ca. 3km) Francesco als Gastgeber ist ein super Host..Immer zu erreichen, proaktiv und super hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur witerempfehlen.

Zu dritt verbrachten wir 10 Tage in der sehr angenehmen Wohnung. Überrascht wurden wir bei Ankunft mit gekühlten Getränken und Gebäck 🙏. Es fehlte uns an nichts, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Frühstücken und Abendessen, ruhig und entspannt auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick. Kommunikation mit Claudia perfekt , hilfreich und sehr herzlich . Sympathisch und freundliche Nachbarn. Mit dem Auto erreichten wir in kurzer Entfernung viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, baden, Ortschaften….. schon vor der Tür läd die Küste zum wandern am Meer entlang ein. Auch unsere 11jährige Tochter hat sich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt . Vielen Dank, durften wir eine unvergessliche Zeit an diesem schönen Ort verbringen! Hanna, Kirsten & Markus

Hele fijne plek, mooi uitzicht en alles was aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf! Gianrico was zeer flexibel en de communicatie ging super. Aanrader!!

De Bougainviletta is een mooie, rustige plek waar vandaan je de omgeving kunt ontdekken. Tussen de mooiste stranden van Sardinië in. Communicatie met host Cristina is super. Er ontbrak ons aan niets. Er stond zelfs een flesje wijn klaar bij aankomst. En parkeren is gratis! ;)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa idéalement située sur l'île. La maison est parfaitement équipée et la literie est vraiment de bonne qualité. La petite terrasse extérieure est un vrai plus pour profiter le soir. Notre hôte Riccardo a ètė prévenant et bienveillant, il a su nous donner de bons conseils sur la région et nous a toujours répondu du rapidement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez Riccardo et ne manquerons pas d ele conseiller à nos amis. merci encore pour tout
