It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.

Passeggia a due minuti dalla casa con i piedi nell’acqua: spiagge e scogliere una dopo l’altra con vista incredibile sulle isole. Appartamento con vista mozzafiato sull’isola di Tavolara immerso nella natura e nella quiete. A 15 min da Olbia aeroporto e porto. Raggiungi a piedi spiagge libere e attrezzate e il porticciolo con bar e ristorante. (Non adatto a bimbi sotto i 5 anni). In prima fila sul mare, la villetta Granito gode di un’ottima posizione a pochi metri dal mare, ma anche dalla Piazzetta dove si trovano market, bar, ristoranti e negozietti. Il soggiorno suddiviso in due ambienti, una zona con il tavolo da pranzo ed una con il divano e la tv e cucina è completamente accessoriata e funzionale. La zona letto è composta da due camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno. . All’esterno la villetta è immersa nel verde e gode di una magnifica vista mare.
