Wir waren für 3 Nächte mit unserem Hund in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Es ist in der Nähe eines kleinen Städtchens, was gut zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Wir waren in einem kleinem Einkaufsladen dort. Die Unterkunft hat eine traumhafte Aussicht von der man nicht genug bekommt!! Ansonsten hat es alles was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Es ist unglaublich ruhig und entspannend. Es war genau das richtige für die paar Tage.

Sehr sehr saubere, makellose Unterkunft, wunderbare Aussicht, sehr ruhige Lage. Perfekt zum Abschalten. Strände & Altstadt von Alghero ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Valeria nelle settimane centrali del mese di agosto con mia moglie e un’altra coppia di amici e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! La posizione è strategica: a pochi passi dal centro di Porto Torres e dal mare, l’appartamento si trova di fronte a un centro commerciale (fondamentale per potersi rifornire in qualsiasi ora del giorno) ed è nelle immediate vicinanze delle strade provinciali che permettono di raggiungere le mete più gettonate. Dotato di tutti i comfort possibili (condizionatori, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, Wi-Fi, ecc.) ed estremamente pulito, ci ha colpito in particolare per gli spazi che permettono di ospitare insieme fino a 6 adulti senza problemi. Valeria è stata una Host eccezionale: sebbene abbiamo avuto modo di interagire solo a distanza, si è sempre mostrata reattiva, disponibile, amichevole e attenta a far sì che non ci mancasse mai nulla. Insomma, ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Caterina. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der Ausblick in die Landschaft war sehr beruhigend. Strand Budoni in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar (Hunde erlaubt).

Sergio was an extraordinary host: warm and big heart- he treated us like princesses!!! :) He even bought us a welcome-gift!!!! We will definitely come back. Thank you Sergio for the pleasant stay and all the recommendations.

The location of the apartment is unique and perfect for relaxing—set between two charming villages, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful view. It’s very quiet and private, which we loved. The building is cute and cozy, ideal for two people. The air conditioning worked well to warm up the room in the evenings (we stayed in April). The brochures provided were helpful, and the island is amazing. We were able to visit many beautiful places—La Maddalena wasn’t far either. Our flight arrived very late, so the self check-in was very convenient.

Bertrand war super hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist neuwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles erforderliche vor Ort. Das Haus dient der Alleinnutzung, auf dem Grundstück befindet sich allerdings noch ein 2tes Haus, dennoch sehr privat. Generell eine klare Empfehlung !

Die Kommunikation mit Kerstin vor der Anreise verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Im Haus angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich von Beate empfangen. Sie hat uns alles genauestens erklärt und war den ganzen Aufenthalt über immer per whats App erreichbar. Hat was gefehlt, hat sie es schnell vorbei gebracht. Hatten wir Empfehlungsfragen, kamen ausführliche Antworten mit wirklich tollen Adressen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Auto war man in weniger als fünf Minuten am Strand von Budoni sowie bei Supermärkten / Bäckern und Restaurants. Auch zu Fuß konnte man als dies gut erreichen. Wir sind zu sechst gereist (davon zwei Kleinkinder) und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir würden euer AirBnB jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

La maison d'Annarita est un havre de paix, dans lequel vous trouverez un magnifique jardin, un chat qui fait vivre les lieux sans être envahissant et des poules domestiques. La déco est moderne, la cuisine est bien équipée, Annarita est disponible et nous ouvre sa maison avec beaucoup de générosité.

Super séjour dans ce logement exceptionnel. L endroit est propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Bertrand et Charlotte sont des supers hôtes et sont très accueillants. Ils ont pris le temps de nous donner de bons conseils pour visiter des endroits merveilleux. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Romain et Marie

Leisan was onze reddende engel! Onze vakantie begon onrustig: het eerste appartement bleek luidruchtig en we kwamen niet tot rust. Via Airbnb gingen we op zoek naar een nieuw verblijf en zo kwamen we bij villa Chiara terecht. De villa was eigenlijk nog niet klaar voor verhuur. Toen ik uitlegde dat de huidige accommodatie niet voldeed aan onze verwachtingen, beloofde ze om toch zo spoedig mogelijk de villa in orde te maken ondanks de uitdaging dat het lastminute was. Dezelfde dag was het toch geregeld! Toen we aankwamen, rook je het vers gemaaide gras, het zwembad lag er strak bij, en de villa was net helemaal schoongemaakt. Wat een verademing! Tijdens ons verblijf was Leisan super bereikbaar en gaf ze ons veel leuke tips. Dankzij haar hebben we onze vakantie alsnog heerlijk kunnen afsluiten. Het bed sliep heerlijk, kastruimte was enorm en de horren voor elke raam en deur was fijn! Zo kon je toch alles open zetten. Leisan, ontzettend bedankt en we komen zeker een keer terug!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Monroe - many thanks to Silke and Cinzia for making our stay so enjoyable and in particular to Silke for heating the swimming pool during variable weather in October - a lifesaver with three young children! The villa is well located near San Teodoro town. The swimming pool is well sized, heated and the outdoor terrace is fantastic for eating and relaxing. Bedrooms are all en suite and comfortable. Because we visited out of season (UK October half term), several restaurants and most beach bars in the local area were closed for the season - this didn’t matter as there are lots of great restaurants in Olbia (Essenza Bistrot in Michelin Guide is superb and very child friendly) but still a consideration if going out of season. We really enjoyed Lu Impostu and Spiaggia Cala Sassari (further afield near Golfo Aranci). We would definitely recommend.

Das kleine Häuschen von Viola, war der Abschluss unsere 10 tägigen Sardinienreise. Es hat uns sogar noch besser, als auf den Fotos gefallen. Es ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was wir für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigten. Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Wasser, Wein, Säften etc. gefüllt. Das war super und wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Der kleine Tisch mit Stühlen vor der Haustür ist perfekt für einen ersten Kaffee am Morgen oder, für einen Absacker am Abend. Das Häuschen liegt getrennt von einer kleinen Häuserreihe ruhig neben dem zentralen Platz mit Kirche, Cafés und Restaurants. Es gibt öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe San Pantaleo ist ein schönes, kleines Örtchen, das Anfang Mai (noch) ruhig ist. Donnerstag ist Markttag ( Bekleidung, Schmuck und etwas Köse Gemüse etc.) Dann wirds voll.

A wonderful villa, beautifully cared for garden, very peaceful, yet close enough to the coast to find places to eat and drink. We went first week of May so relatively quiet and ‘out of season’ but the weather was great and it was very easy to get around and explore with so little traffic. Within 25 mins in any direction could find stunning beaches or tranquil walks in the mountains, then for somewhere a bit more lively just go to San Teodoro. Food and shopping in Budoni was just five mins down the road. Highly recommended for quiet getaway but must of course have a car.

Beautiful flat, perfect for a couple . Comfortable, new, bright and perfect if you want to stay closed to the city centre. Would definitely recommend!

Schöne Wohnung im Smeralda Suites Komplex. Man hat alles, was man braucht!

I don’t have to tell you that the view from the terrace was amazing. You can see that in the photos. What might not come across in the photos Is the tranquility an absolute meditative peace that descends upon one while sitting on the terrace with a morning cup of coffee and a bit of a Nosh… just letting the church bells wash over you. I’m not a morning person, but I found myself during my time at Derek’s, eagerly awakening, and rushing out to brew a cup of coffee and just sit in serenity. One could not ask for a better place to embrace, peace, and recharge. And I haven’t even begun to talk about all of the fun and interesting things to do in Castelsardo as well as the medieval town and the wonderful restaurants. My wife and I are digital nomads . We Airbnb quite a lot. There are so many places to see and so many things to do that. I never say I would come back again. Derek’s is one of the few exceptions.

Sauber und unkompliziert:) haben uns wohl gefühlt!

We stayed at this Airbnb after getting tired of camping so it felt like a palace! Excellent value for money, we got a one bedroom apartment and the complex has a swimming pool, bar and music. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to cook - pots, pans etc. The location is in a small town just 1km from Cala Liberotto beach. The only issue we had was finding the place, the address in Airbnb was not correct. We called the phone number and the receptionist told us where to go.

A stylish place, clean, cozy, at the very center, close to restaurants, stores, walkable to marina; and just 10 min drive from the airport. Parking can be found nearby for agreeable price.
