A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

This newly converted annexe is flexible, spacious, light & airy. Access to all the garden is encouraged and can potentially involve additional camping, guided mountain biking, and personal training.

Situated within easy reach of Oxford and an hour’s train journey from London Paddington, The Loft is set in beautifully landscaped gardens surrounded by five acres of farmland where the owners maintain free range chickens and a small flock of Welsh Halfbred sheep who may wish to say hello to you in the mornings! There is also a small vineyard where the owners make a delicious white wine - Chalkhill Blue. In 2024 guests viewed and photographed the Aurora Borealis from the balcony!
