Antique building close to the city centre of the "old city" of Gallipoli. It is located 50 meters far from Saint Agata cathedral and 150 meters away from the fabulous beach of "Purità". The terrace has been set up with chairs, bench, table and umbrella where you can relax with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset or the gentle breeze of a cool summer night. Poco distante ci sono bar, market, trattorie ed il porto turistico. A soli 2 km vi sono bellissime spiagge sabbiose, ma anche straordinarie calette di roccia bassa ed insenature con grotte marine. La casa è semplice e spaziosa, il giardino ben curato e con area relax, piccola piscina, BBQ, zona pranzo coperta.
