Our bright, colorful, and cozy home is located in the small, traditional, and famous village of Mycenae, right in the heart of the Peloponnese, just a short drive from the picturesque town of Nafplio. Built at the top of the village, it offers stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. Full of sunlight, big balconies, windows, and a lovely fireplace, it’s perfect for a quiet stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from the archaeological site and close to local restaurants and mini markets.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Πάνω απ' όλα το Elaia Rest House απευθύνεται σε όσους μπορούν να εκτιμήσουν την αξία της ηρεμίας μακριά από τα πολύβουα αστικά κέντρα, τη χαλάρωση που προσφέρουν οι μοναδικοί ήχοι της φύσης σε συνδυασμό με την απερίγραπτη, ακατέργαστη ομορφιά του τοπίου. Η ηρεμία, οι εικόνες, οι ήχοι της φύσης, η εύκολη και άμεση πρόσβαση στο βουνό εξασφαλίζει μια άλλη εμπειρία διαμονής. Αλλωστε, αυτή δεν είναι και η πραγματική ουσία των διακοπών???

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

This cool semi-basement apartment makes the existing air conditioning unnecessary. The ideal starting point to explore the beautiful attractions of Mystras, Monemvasia and Mani. Sofa turning into a bed makes this place suitable for families as well. All necessities (super market, bakery, petrol station) at your doorstep, with Sparti city centre a 10 minute walk.

The house is located on top of the sea, with a unique view of the Messinian bay and unforgettable sunsets. It gives you the feeling that you are on board of a ship. You can enjoy the big garden as well as the rest of the space, which is designed to provide comfort and relaxation in your vacation. The sea is a walking distance from the house (5min)
