Adjacent to that is a sunken seating area perfectly positioned in front of the fireplace. In addition and just off these two areas is a nice formal dining area to continue enjoying this unique and welcoming open floor plan. The other side of this home has another 2 bedrooms for your guests and their comfort, along with a 2nd full bathroom with a bathtub. We welcome you to come stay and enjoy the expansive amenities this home has to offer and can't wait to meet you! **Pool Heater is an additional fee.The fee is $40/night or $200/week.
