Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Ha 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, ingresso accogliente su salone con comodo divanoletto, bagno con doccia e cucina totalmente equipaggiata. Nel giardino di proprietà è situata una piscina (da giugno) e un gazebo in legno con BBQ. San Miniato -Terrazza panoramica in centro storico

Nuovissimo appartamento nel centro storico di San Miniato. Recentemente ristrutturato, è l’ideale per chi ricerca la tranquillità in pieno centro, con una bellissima vista sulle campagne toscane grazie al terrazzo panoramico perfetto per una colazione al sole o un aperitivo speciale. Immerso nella parte storica della città, si raggiungono comodamente a piedi ristoranti tipici, negozi e tutte le bellezze di San Miniato. Grazie alla sua posizione centrale è l'ideale per visitare l'intera Toscana.

Il nostro appartamento e’ composto da soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale,tv,cucina completamente attrezzata,bagno con doccia e lavatrice,camera con letto matrimoniale,un letto a castello e due armadi. L’ambiente e’ dotato di aria condizionata e termoarredo in bagno.La casa al piano terra con entrata indipendente con spazio esterno attrezzato.Ai nostri ospiti verrà fornita la biancheria con cambio settimanale,ferro e asse da stiro, aspirapolvere e stendino lettino per bambini su richiesta.

I Sassi di Wally: verde, arte e mare!

Al termine di una tipicissima strada bianca delle colline toscane fiancheggiata da cipressi, I Sassi di Wally è un divertente cottage con torretta costruito in pietra, un tempo dependance agricola di un casale del 700 oggi ristrutturato. La casa, internamente rinnovata nel 2022, è indipendente, con giardino privato e recintato, zona lavoro, parcheggio e vasca idromassaggio “sotto le stelle”. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. Ideale per un periodo lontani dalla solita routine in totale privacy.

situata in collina, con una vista mozzafiato sulla campagna, è riccamente arredata e dotata di tutti i confort per una splendida vacanza . Vicinissima all'incantevole mare della Costa degli Etruschi (in 10 minuti in macchina per raggiungere Castiglioncello e la costa Livornese) è immersa nel verde e dista 1 km circa dal paese che risponde ad ogni esigenza . Nel grande giardino c'è un BBQ , una cucina esterna ed piacevole area giochi. L'indirizzo corretto è Località il Sito 21.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
